great stay but some room for improvement
The gluten-free breakfast options were extensive with separate toasters and a wide variety of baked goods. The family room offered ample space for all of us, which was essential with a toddler and a baby. The location is perfect. the beach is literally at your doorstep, making it so easy to enjoy the sun and sand!
The atmosphere around the pool could be quite noisy at times, which wasn't ideal for putting the toddler down for a nap.

Straight facts, no fluff
This hotel is fantastic for families! The rooms are spacious and clean. The pools are a great escape with a variety of options, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Meal choices are plentiful, but expect some noise from children. If you want ultimate relaxation, seek quieter areas away from the family zone.

Good or Bad?
Fantastic family hotel with superb breakfast! The gluten-free options were brilliant, making meals enjoyable for everyone.
Room cleaning was inconsistent! Some amenities felt outdated, diminishing the luxury experience expected from a top-tier resort.

Would be happy to recommend for a quick stopover.
Comfortable suite, friendly staff, with a well-stocked buffet breakfast featuring a variety of options and easy access to the beach within walking distance.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Staying at the resort was excellent for our family holiday. The kids' club was a hit with our children, keeping them engaged while we enjoyed relaxing at the beach just steps away. The suite was spacious and clean, and the staff were always accommodating, making our stay comfortable. However, the dining area felt quite chaotic at times, especially during breakfast, with many kids running around. This made it difficult to enjoy a quieter meal.

Excellent kids' club activities for engagement.
Our experience was utterly disappointing. The noise level during breakfast was chaotic, making it impossible to enjoy our meals. The dining area was overcrowded with children running around, adding to the stress of what should have been a relaxing start to the day. Additionally, the room we stayed in felt outdated, with uncomfortable furnishings that detracted from our overall comfort.

I recently stayed here with a group of friends and had a great time! The kids' club was fantastic and kept the little ones busy with activities while we enjoyed the two children's pools. The entertainment program kept us active. There’s a gym for daily classes. Just a short walk away, we found shops and lively spots to check out. Definitely a spot for fun with friends!
One downside was the noise level, especially during breakfast. It was quite chaotic with kids running around the dining area, which made it hard to enjoy a relaxed meal. I expected a calmer dining experience at this type of hotel.

A recent stay was highlighted by exceptional service, especially when the staff went out of their way to provide a room close to the reception for my elderly mother, also giving us a lovely sea view. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the provided homemade jams at breakfast were a delightful touch. However, the noise level during breakfast was quite chaotic, and the kids struggled in the cold pool water, which detracted from the overall experience.

I was impressed by the elegant lobby featuring high wooden ceilings and a beautiful garden, providing a warm and welcoming environment. The pathways were easy to navigate, making it accessible for seniors like myself to enjoy the surroundings comfortably.
Improve organization at breakfast buffet for less chaos.
